What data we process

staik API: We receive API calls with prompt content, process them through our LLM model, and return the response. Prompt content is not stored after the response is delivered.

staik NOTE: Uploaded images are processed in real-time for text extraction. Images are not stored after the response is delivered.

The website staik.se: We do not collect cookies, use no tracking, and have no analytics service.

Where data is processed

All inference — both text and image processing — takes place on our own GPU hardware physically located in Sweden. Prompt content and images are never sent to third parties.

Third parties

We use AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm) as a reverse proxy for incoming traffic. No customer data is stored on AWS. Data processing takes place exclusively on our own hardware.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of personal data. Since we do not store prompt content or uploaded images, there is in practice no personal data to request. Contact us at customercare@staik.se with any questions.
